These programs illustrate the use of if, if-else, if-else-if, for, while, repeat, break, and next statements.


1. Check Whether a Number is Positive, Negative, or Zero

Program

}

Sample Output

2. Check Whether a Number is Even or Odd

7. Factorial of a Number Using repeat Loop

8. Demonstration of break Statement

The loop terminates when i becomes 6.


9. Demonstration of next Statement

if(i %% 2 == 0)
next

print(i)
}

Output

[1] 1
[1] 3
[1] 5
[1] 7
[1] 9

The even numbers are skipped.


10. Prime Number Check
